Cam and Ryan like to ride their bikes to work. They decided to start a contest to encourage each other to bike to work because they are awesome. The contest works thusly: each day you must ride your bike unless you have a valid excuse.

Valid excuses include but are not limited to:

• Illing (really sick though, not just sniffles)
• Errands or dress that requires the car
• Mechanical issues that could not have been reasonably fixed
• Really gnarly weather (hurricane style)

Excuses that are not valid:

• Oversleeping / running late
• Anything that needs to be picked up by the whaaaaambulance
• Being lame

In the event that one of the contestants fails to ride the bike and does not have a valid excuse, that contestant will then owe one (1) beer credit to the other contestant. Beer credits are valid for redemption at any local public house (pub) or with a premium bottle in a privite domicile (i.e., a "forty").

Cam and Ryan welcome other entrants to the contest.
